HOW DO WE SET OUR RATES?
We price cleaning hourly. (An example... an average home of close to 2000 sq ft, done on a biweekly basis would cost around $95-135 depending on the degree of scrubbing needed) With information you provide we give you an estimate of the time we believe it will take to bring your home or business to the level of cleanliness you desire to reach. After initial clean we can settle on a set amount for maintaining on a reocurring basis.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN, DAMAGED, OR SOMEONE GETS HURT?
Accidents can happen in spite of our efforts to be cautious. Sandstorm is insured up to $300,000 are bonded and we carry workers compensation. In the event an accident were to happen you as the home owner would not be held liable.
DO YOU USE YOUR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT?
We bring everything needed to complete the job, however we can use yours if you prefer a specific cleaner and would like to supply it.
WHAT IF IM UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE?
We are open to any suggestions and feedback. If for any reason you are unhappy please communicate with us about the situation within 24 hours and we will come back to rectify the concern.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME?
No, you do not have to be present at the time of service, but it of course is fine if you prefer to be. If you would like to you may leave a key, or provide us a code to a key pad, and we can lock up when we leave.
WHAT ABOUT MY PET?
We are comfortable with your pet roaming freely in the home while we clean. Some homeowners choose to crate their pet or place them in a seperate area to ensure that their pet doesnt slip through the door as we enter and exit. We pay very close attention to make sure they do not get out, but if they do happen to slip out. Sandstorm is not liable.
HOW DOES SHEDULING WORK?
We will set a day and time for each customer. We strive to always be on time, however sometimes we may be a little ahead or behind in the case the home before yours required a little or more than expected.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL COME TO CLEAN?
We work teams of two or three. On occasion we may schedule more employees depending on the size and needs of your home.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL A SCHEDULED CLEANING?
We ask that you give us 2 buisness days notice. Without notice within this time frame you will be charged %50 of your cleaning cost. Lock out fees will be charged the same %50 of the full rate of service. Lock out means that we were scheduled and arrived but were unable to obtain entry to your home. This fee makes it possible for Sandstorm to cover fees for paying employees for the time lost.
WHAT HAPPENS AT INITIAL CLEAN?
The initial clean is considered a deep cleaning. Even those clients with previous cleaners. Not all companies clean the same and provide the same service. Therefore we start all our clients with a deep clean for a fresh start.
HOW DO I PAY?
We except cash, check, or card. If you choose card we will send you an invoice and will be directed to processing form there.
CAN I LEAVE A TIP?
Yes tips are always welcomed. If you would like to leave a tip for your cleaners please leave a note along with the cash stating so. If leaving a tip when paying by card, you can add it at the time of processing your payment.
